I’m passionate about two things. Nutrition, and my new baby boy. I have spent the last 10 months diving into infant nutrition and learning from a myriad of different experts what the best foods are for my little one.
Kids can be fussy when it comes to learning how to eat new foods so I will teach you creative ways to get in the most nutrient dense foods possible. Sadly what your pediatrician suggests in highly refined cereals and portages isn’t the best thing for your little baby’s new and sensitive digestive tract. I love sharing this information and we will make it fun for both the parents and the children.

At the first appointment, we will we will discuss health concerns and prioritize your health goals. I will gather information about your health history and together we will discuss a game plan to jump start your path to wellness. You will be asked to bring any available blood work results and the supplements you are currently taking. Based on the information you provide, we will develop a nutrition therapy plan to be discussed at your follow-up appointment.
Follow-up appointments are suggested to maintain progress and support your overall wellness plan. These one hour sessions will be spent reviewing and advancing your personalized health protocol, checking in on goals, and providing nutrition education. Between visits you are offered unlimited email support.
